Tools
for You
Many
2-1-1 call centers across the nation have a formal feedback
policy to document unsolicited caller reports about
interactions with agencies in the 2-1-1 database. Our
2-1-1 is considering implementing this best practice and
would like to hear agency opinions before we do so.
