Customer Feedback

Many 2-1-1 call centers across the nation have a formal feedback policy to document unsolicited caller reports about interactions with agencies in the 2-1-1 database. Our 2-1-1 is considering implementing this best practice and would like to hear agency opinions before we do so.

2007 Report to Our Community

2-1-1 issued a printed Report to Our Community in January.  This annual report provides an overview of our key 2007 activities, statistics, partnerships, successes, and other information about our service.  If you would like a copy of this report mailed to you, please contact Jen Waite at (828) 255-0696 or jwaite@unitedwayabc.org
